Wendi Sheridan has more than 15 years of experience in public relations, specializing in the automotive, insurance and financial services industries. Throughout her career, she has developed and successfully executed strategic communications initiatives, generating media coverage and brand awareness for her clients. As an Account Supervisor at Interdependence PR, she oversees media relations for automotive and technology accounts.
Wendi joined Interdependence from Pacific Communications Group, an integrated marketing communications agency based in Torrance, Calif., where she worked with an eclectic portfolio of clients, including Heal the Bay, Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, Volvo Cars of North America, Mercury Insurance and J.D. Power. Wendi excelled at identifying and crafting stories for clients’ stakeholders, securing coverage in outlets including Forbes, Business Insider, USA Today, LA Times and CNBC.
Prior to her work in PR, Wendi held several positions in technology, including a brief stint as a computer programmer. While those skills are a bit rusty, the analytical thinking and problem solving skills she developed helped shape her into the results-driven communications professional she is today.
Although she has lived in San Francisco, D.C., New Orleans and Los Angeles, she currently resides in the Philly suburbs. In her free time, you can usually find Wendi hanging out with her boys – her husband Pete and dog Charlie – watching true crime TV shows.
