Advocate Health Advisors is a Veteran-owned national FMO in the Medicare market whose agents are Medicare experts and specialize in assisting people who are turning 65 and older. The brand was experiencing challenges in recruiting new agents and increasing awareness among Medicare-eligible Americans. Interdependence was brought aboard to expand their CEO’s footprint in the media landscape and position the company as the leading source for seniors, agents and plan providers.
Interdependence developed an integrated public relations and social media plan to increase brand affinity by recognizing pain points among Medicare brokers and beneficiaries and targeting these areas to provide educational solutions via earned media and social content. We actively pursued timely and localized issues such as Medicare enrollment periods and unique challenges faced by senior Florida residents to raise awareness of resources and continue increasing brand voice.
