Challenge

While the telehealth industry continues to see a consistent increase in usage and has a strong presence in patient care, an important component to achieving better patient outcomes, dental/oral health, is still working to optimize its potential. A major challenge is that dental and oral care have remained siloed from medical care, leaving a gap in the important connection between oral health and total health, until now.

Enter the next evolution of virtual care in dental health, Dentistry. One, with a vision and strategy to unlock the full potential of telehealth in the dental space. The Dentistry. One platform creates a pathway for information-sharing between all stakeholders in the patient journey, providing efficiency and relief to provider and patient burdens, dental practice staffing shortages and surging dental costs.

Solution

Our approach started with our outreach to top-tier consumer, health, wellness, and business outlets and podcasts, positioning Dentistry. One as the solution to the unmet industry need for a more connected patient care journey to increase efficiency in dental and oral costs, time and care for all stakeholders. We increased education and awareness of virtual-first care in dentistry, how it works, and why it’s needed, with a focus on developing interest not only from patients, but also among insurance companies, employers and dental industry professionals. All along the way, we leveraged our proprietary Interviewed technology and consistently monitored for ways to interrupt the news cycle and insert the brand into trending stories.
